1. Fast Refund Process

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or the product has an issue, we guarantee a quick resolution:

  • Contact: You must send us an email to contacto@estherechile.store explaining your case.

  • Response Time: Once your request is received, our team will process your refund or send return instructions within a maximum of 24 to 72 business hours.

  • Satisfaction Condition: If you are not satisfied with the results, the return will be effective by contacting us via the same channel and proceeding with the return of the product bottles.

2. Defect Warranty

If your 360 Tensor Effect Kit presents any technical failure, you have 30 days from reception to report it. We will be responsible for sending you the necessary support or managing the exchange at no additional cost to you within the aforementioned period of 72 business hours.

3. Payment Transparency

Once the refund has been processed by our team, the time it takes for the money to appear on your account statement will depend on your bank, complying with the security standards of international payment processors.
